## *1. No Refund Policy*
All membership fees paid to *Bihar Driver Mahasangh* are *NON-REFUNDABLE* under any circumstances. Once payment is successfully processed, no amount will be refunded, irrespective of the reason including but not limited to:
– Change of mind
– Non-utilization of membership benefits
– Technical issues
– Personal emergencies
– Dissatisfaction with services

## *2. No Cancellation Policy*
Membership *cannot be cancelled* after successful payment. The membership term is *non-cancellable* and *non-transferable*.

## *3. Membership Activation*
– Membership becomes active *immediately* upon successful payment.
– No grace period or trial period is provided.

## *4. Exceptions (None)*
There are *NO EXCEPTIONS* to this policy, including:
– Accidental double payment (excess will be adjusted in future renewals only)
– Payment made by mistake
– Death or medical emergency
– Force majeure events

## *5. Digital Nature of Service*
Membership provides *instant access* to digital benefits (ID card, portal access, training materials, etc.). As the service is delivered *immediately and irreversibly*, refunds are not applicable.

## *6. Payment Disputes*
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised with banks/payment gateways will be contested. The member will be liable for:
– Any chargeback fees
– Legal costs incurred
– Immediate suspension of membership
