Area of Operation- The area of operation of this association shall be the entire State of Bihar.
कार्यक्षेत्र :- इस संघ का कार्यक्षेत्र संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य होगा ।

Objectives The main objectives of this association shall be the following:
उद्देश्य :- इस संघ के निम्नलिखित मुख्य उद्देश्य होंगे|

  1. To operate various programmes for the economic, social, educational, cultural, and moral development of the drivers, Dalits, backward classes, economically weaker sections, tribals/Adivasis, helpless women, and orphans of the society.
    संघ द्वारा समाज के ड्राइवर    , दलित, पिछड़ों, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों, आदिवासियों, असहाय महिलाओं अनाथों के आर्थिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षणिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं नैतिक विकास हेतु विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना ।

  2. To conduct various programmes through the association for the redressal of problems faced by drivers (vehicle operators).
    संघ के माध्यम से ड्राइवर (वाहन चालक) की समस्या के निदान हेतु विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना ।

  3. To organize drivers (vehicle operators) through the association and to foster a spirit of unity and mutual cooperation among them.
    संघ द्वारा ड्राइवर (वाहन चालक) को संगठित करना तथा आपस में एकता आपस सहयोग की भावना जागृत करना ।

  4. To run institutes for technical and non-technical education and training such as typing, shorthand, computer, electronics, and other skills, to enable the educated unemployed youth (male and female) from the drivers’ dependent families to become self-reliant (swavalambi).
    वाहन चालक के आश्रित परिवार के शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों को स्वावलम्बी बनाने हेतु टंकणकला, आशुलिपि, कम्प्यूटर, इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स एवं अन्य तकनीकी एवं गैर तकनीकि शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का संचालन करना ।

  5. To provide training and information to women from the drivers’ dependent families in employment-oriented (rozgaronmukh) trades like tailoring, embroidery, knitting, needlework, painting, doll-making, and other vocational training like beauty and parlour management.
    वाहन चालक के आश्रित परिवार के महिलाओं को रोजगारोन्मुख बनाने हेतु सिलाई, कढ़ाई, बुनाई, कशीदाकारी, पेन्टिंग, गुडिया निर्माण एवं अन्य व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण सौन्दर्य एवं प्रसाधन आदि की जानकारी देना ।

  6. To run Mahila Mandals (Women’s Groups), Balwadis (pre-schools), Anganwadis (child development centres), Self-Help Groups, creches/day-care centres (palnagrih), and nutritious diet centres (paushtik aahar kendra) for the all-round development of women and children.
    महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के चौमुखी विकास हेतु महिला मंडल, बालबाड़ी, आगनबाड़ी स्वयं सहायता समूह, पालनागृह, पौष्टिक आहार केन्द्र का संचालन करना ।

  7. To provide training and assistance in Small Scale Industries, Cottage Industries, Home Industries, Khadi Gramodyog, fisheries, beekeeping, sericulture (rearing of silkworms), animal husbandry, dairy industry, fruit and food processing to destitute men and women from the drivers’ dependent families, for their economic development and to help them become self-reliant (swavalambi).
    वाहन चालक के आश्रित परिवार के निःसहाय महिलाओं एवं पूरूषों के आर्थिक विकास हेतु लघु उद्योग, कुटीर उद्योग, गृह उद्योग, खादी ग्रामोद्योग, मत्स्यपालन, मधुमक्खीपालन, रेशमकीट पालन, पशुपालन डेयरी उद्योग फल एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण का प्रशिक्षण देना एवं स्वावलम्बी बनने में मदद करना ।

  8. To arrange for shelter, food, education, etc., for children, the elderly, and widows. To execute welfare activities for them and run nutritious diet distribution centres for women.
    बच्चों, वृद्धों, विधवाओं के लिए आश्रय स्थल, भोजन, शिक्षा आदि की व्यवस्था करना । उनके लिए कल्याणकारी कार्यो का सम्पादन करना महिलाओं के लिए पौष्टिक आहार वितरण केन्द्र का संचालन करना ।

  9. To operate various levels of vocational courses related to computers through the association, including training centres for Hardware, Software, Skill Development (Hunar), Internet, and other diverse courses.
    संघ द्वारा कम्प्यूटर से संबंधित विभिन्न स्तर के व्यवसायिक पाठ्क्रमों का संचालन, हार्ड वेयर, साफ्टवेयर, हुनर, इन्टरनेट आदि विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों का प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र का संचालन करना ।

  10. To assist in the intellectual development of people by running various programmes for the propagation of education and to operate residential schools, libraries, reading rooms, study halls, hostels, minority schools, and schools for the deaf, mute, and disabled. To provide all possible financial assistance to poor, helpless, disabled, and minority students (male and female) to help them progress.
    शिक्षा के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का संचालन कर लोगों के बौद्धिक विकास में मदद करेगी तथा आवासीय विद्यालय    , पुस्तकालय, वाचनालय, पठन-पाठन कक्ष, छात्रावास, अल्पसंख्यक विद्यालय, मुक एवं बधिर विकलांग विद्यालय का संचालन करना तथा गरीब असहाय, विकलांग, अल्पसंख्यक छात्र एवं छात्राओं को हर संभव आर्थिक सहायता देकर आगे बढ़ने में मदद करना ।

  11. To provide health services for the protection of the health of poor people from all sections of society. To conduct vaccination camps, health camps, etc. To provide necessary information to prevent serious diseases like AIDS, Cancer, T.B., Kala Azar (Leishmaniasis), Hepatitis, etc., and to provide medical services, ambulance services, and mobile clinics to those affected.
    समाज के सभी वर्गों के गरीब लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा हेतु स्वास्थ्य सेवा उपलब्ध कराना । टीकाकरण शिविर    , स्वास्थ्य शिविर आदि का संचालन करना | असाध्य रोग, एड्स, कैंसर, टी०बी० कालाजार हेपटाईटिस आदि से बचने हेतु अवश्यक जानकारी देना एवं ग्रसित लोगों को चिकित्सा सेवा, एम्बुलेश सेवा, चलन्त चिकित्सा उपलब्ध कराना |

  12. To provide maximum assistance for the protection of people’s health through Ayurvedic, Naturopathic, and Homeopathic medicine and to promote and provide training in various systems of medicine.
    संघ द्वारा लोगों के स्वास्थ्य रक्षा हेतु आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा    , प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा, होमियोपैथिक चिकित्सा के द्वारा अधिक से अधिक मदद पहुँचाना तथा विभिन्न प्रकार की चिकित्सा पद्धतियों का प्रचार-प्रसार एवं प्रशिक्षण करना ।

  13. To conduct welfare programmes for other child labourers, women labourers, and other workers. To arrange for their education and rehabilitation. To conduct necessary programmes to integrate the disabled into the mainstream of society.
    अन्य बाल-श्रमिक    , महिला श्रमिक एवं अन्य श्रमिकों के कल्याणार्थ कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना । उनके लिए शिक्षा एवं पुर्नवास की व्यवस्था करना । विकलांगों को समाज के मुख्य धारा में जोड़ने हेतु आवश्यक कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना ।

  14. To conduct tree plantation and other programmes to make the environment pollution-free. To promote solar energy, biogas (gobar gas), and natural energy. To run cleanliness drives (swachhata abhiyan) in rural and urban areas. To provide people with clean drinking water, toilets, etc., and to promote traffic rules under the Road Safety Campaign.
    पर्यावरण को प्रदूषण मुक्त बनाने हेतु वृक्षारोपण एवं अन्य कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना । सौर उर्जा    , गोबर गैस, प्राकृतिक उर्जा का प्रचार-प्रसार करना । ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता अभियान का संचालन करना | लोगों को स्वच्छ पेयजल, शौचालय आदि उपलब्ध कराना तथा सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान के तहत यातायात के नियमों का प्रचार-प्रसार करना।

  15. To conduct and assist in relief programmes during sudden disasters like floods, famine, epidemics, and droughts.
    आकस्मिक आपदाओं जैसे बाढ़    , अकाल, महामारी, सुखाड आदि में राहत कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना । राहत कार्यों में सहयोग करना ।

  16. To conduct programmes for the prevention of social evils like child marriage, female foeticide, dowry system, substance abuse (nashakhori), etc. To encourage ideal marriages and widow remarriage.
    समाज में व्याप्त कुरीतियाँ जैसे बाल-विवाह    , भ्रूण हत्या, दहेज प्रथा, नाशाखोरी, आदि की रोकथाम हेतु कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना । आदर्श विवाह, विधवा विवाह को प्रोत्साहित करना ।

  17. To provide farmers with modern tools, improved seeds, enhanced fertilisers, appropriate means of irrigation, watershed management, water harvesting, tube wells, ponds, etc., for the development of agriculture and horticulture. To provide necessary resources for the production of medicinal and cash crops and to run nurseries and promote medicinal plants.
    कृषि एवं बागवानी के विकास हेतु कृषकों को आधुनिक औजार    , उन्नत बीज, उन्नत खाद, सिंचाई के उपयुक्त साधन, जलछाजन, जलसंचयन, नलकूप, तालाब आदि उपलब्ध कराना । औषधि पौधों एवं नगदी पौधों के उत्पादन हेतु आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराना तथा औषधिय पौधों का नर्सरी एवं प्रचार-प्रसार करना ।

  18. To operate libraries, reading rooms, and music centres (sangeetalaya). To publish, distribute, and collect newspapers and magazines (patra-patrikaon). To provide training in drama, dance, music, and musical instruments (vadya).
    पुस्तकालय    , वाचनालय, संगीतालय का संचालन करना | पत्र-पत्रिकाओं का प्रकाशन वितरण एवं संग्रह करना । नाटक, नृत्य, संगीत, वाद्य का प्रशिक्षण देना ।

  19. To conduct programmes for national unity, integrity, and mutual harmony. To provide information and create awareness about Consumer Protection, Panchayati Raj, Adult Franchise/Suffrage, Human Rights, etc.
    देश की एकता    , अखण्डता, आपसी सद्भावना कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना । उपभोक्ता संरक्षण, पंचायती राज, वयस्क मताधिकार, मानवाधिकार आदि की जानकारी देना एवं जागरूक करना
